WINDSURFING PROGRESSION
Our Tenerife Windwise Sailor Of The Week for max effort goes to the wonderful….Jo Scott.
Whether it’s a mega mission, seeking a much needed marginal gain or overcoming plateaus or challenges, we seek to help everyone. Each week we also like to celebrate those who put in that bit of extra effort, make progression against the odds or simply shine bright.
In El Medano it can be tough place to sail and if you can launch, waterstart, sail and gybe there, you can pretty much do it anywhere. So our well deserved award for full dedication, determination, great effort and breaking through the fear factor goes to Jo Scott.
Big thanks to @TWS for being such fabulous hosts, Bartek for some of the action shots severnewindsurfing the Dyno’s, Pyro’s, Stone’s, Blades & S1’s.
Well done Jo, so good to see you break through fear of higher winds, smaller boards and waves - Onward & Upwards!

HISC & HAYLNG
Jo Scott Local Spot: Hayling & HISC
Level Before Windwise: Flat water sailor
Level After Windwise:
Jo learnt to cope with stronger winds, breaking waves, rougher conditions, footstrap waterstarts, multi-fin boards, launching through surf and coping with 35+ know winds!
it was great to see Jo venture out into El Medano and to see her start the journey into more challenging conditions, smaller multi-fin wave kit and basically getting out there in the rough stuff!
Well done Jo!
It's been fantastic, I never thought I'd go out in those conditions - Thank you I'm definitely coming back. Jo Scott"
