Three full weeks of our stunning Freeride clinics with fabulous wind pretty much 7-7 days of ‘breeze’ every week constantly powering us across this stunning freeride bay.
Well done and massive thank you to everyone, what a trip!
Special shout out to those who kept going when the odds and conditions were against them. For trying new skills, breaking through preconceptions and laying the foundations for growing a stronger skills base.

There’s a safe bay with a large protected shallow water area which is perfect for skills, drills and energy saving gybe attempts.
Great to see so many newcomers and improvers go from learning harness and straps on large Freeride boards, to water starting and sailing sub 100L boards in 30+knots – Follow ‘The System’…..

Dave Retires
Plus a final word to say a special thanks to Dave who’s now retiring after assisting me in Alacati for 10 years – I think I wore him out 🙂 You’re amazing and thank you for all your amazing support, for sticking to the Windwise ethos and giving the clients such amazing experiences – Thank you Dave!
FIRED UP
Whilst we were blessed and grateful to still be windsurfing, we were also very mindful of the local fires that hit hard on the last couple of days. Sadly, there was serious damage was done in the surrounding area.
We send our hopes, thoughts and best wishes to those who were affected by the fires……
