Hey Simon - thanks for your tips on up and downwind 360s, I've now finally got a success rate! I didn't realise on the upwind 360s that you really have to get your feet right back so that you can really sink the tail and help it spin round, and then getting my shoulders back in the process is also key so thanks for being persistent - the tip about taking your front foot off so you really weight the tail really gives you the feeling you need.

The downwind 360s are coming on too, as you said, by getting the rig further back than I ever imagined and getting myself really far forward, i.e. opposition, it really keeps the board moving round and controls the power in the sail. If I ever forget this point, I know about it as the sail powers up and I'm in backwards!
